Insufferable.

All profit is theft, comrade.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 14

So... he tipped the waiter as a gift but refused to give money to public services which include healthcare and preventing starvation.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

We're still listening people who wanks while reading ayn rand ?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You do realize that waitstaff just pretends to care about your political views to get better tips, right?

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 7

You do realize it's just a joke on the internet, right?

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

I read that as 'librarian'. Imagine how confused I was.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I thought it said the same thing...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You have a really weird definition of 'theft' if you expect thieves to build roads, run schools, and provide EMS and fire protection.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Give me your definition of theft, and I'll tell you how taxation is exactly that.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I worked at Sonic Dtive-in and they could get away with paying use UNDER minimum wage has a carhop cause we "made tips", always pocket cash

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

They can't do that in Washington state, local minimum wage laws FTW.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm still siding with Mr. Pink.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Great scene

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hey, I grew up in Joplin

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm from Joplin, MO!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I'm not but I've been there to visit a good friend. Nice place.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Pittsburg, KS represent. Hello neighbor.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jeebus...if they don't like taxes, they could always leave and find a country that doesn't collect any...

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 7

if you don't like school shootings, just move to a country without them! that is a deadshit argument mate.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

So, a mechanism to fund police, welfare and other services is the same as murder?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

"If you don't like thr mafia, you're free to lrave your house and family to go live somrwhere else"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 5

I'd rather pay higher taxes to fund education and healthcare so that you don't wind up surround by dumb and sick people.

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 5

You mean you aren't already? Where do you live? I want to move there!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Canada.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In that case, I'll just wait until Trump orders the invasion.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Depending on the restaurant and how their tip system works, some places split the tip with the kitchen, busing, and janitorial staff.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also, I'm generally certain there are laws/codes that catch this type of "gift" as something that requires recording and taxation.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The real loser is whoever had to have dinner with that person.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 7

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

to be fair, there are lots of kinds of people i would want to have dinner with less. at least i can sort of see where they are coming from

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I always tip in cash. I already paid taxes on that money so I have no issues with a server pocketing it.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

As I think all purchases should be as well, first sale doctrine should apply to sales tax also. After initial sale, tax on item is rendered

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

That's not how taxes work. If we stopped charging tax on money that someone else had already paid taxes on, literally no one would pay taxes

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yeah man! Fuck new bridges, firefighters, cops, USDA regulations, FAA, the military and anything else we are needlessly taxed for.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If taxation is theft, perhaps we should bar libertarians from using any public services or roads, cause they're built with "stolen" money...

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

They're built with the libertarian's stolen money, why can't he use the services then?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

They can stop paying taxes if they remove themselves from the tax-funded infra, security and well-being. No one will miss them.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But then it is still theft. Civilization belongs to the civilized, I should not have to move away from my community if I don't want to.. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

be stolen from. Would you be okay if I move all my stuff into your house and start living in your house as if it's mine, literally 2/?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

stealing your house and property, and when you tell me to leave, I'll just tell you that I'm not stealing from you, because you can move 2/4

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Was literally told by my boss once to not report cash tips. Everyone in service already knows this.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Good luck stealing a street or firetruck when you need one then.

9 years ago | Likes 55 Dislikes 15

The US had roads and firebrigades before Federal income taxes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yep...especially when your volunteer firefighters do it for money.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

In the early days, firebrigades were a service offered by insurance companies, not the government.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

And people basically got free insurance because their neighbor had it and fire doesn't stick to one house, but actually spreads.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Private streets exist. Private firetrucks exist.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm down for a daring daylight firehouse heist.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Muh roads! Roads didn't exist until there were central planning...

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Wrong. Libertarians don't actually tip.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 9

I'm libertarian and I never tip less than %20 even with shitty service.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yes we do. I love to reward great service.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 7

how do you define great service? sometimes a restaurant is slammed, and a server doesn't have time to go out of their way for you

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

That's just the invisible hand of the market.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i don't get that? a restaurant being busy = high sales for the owner, yet low yield for server (gets paid $2.13/hour even w high sales)cont

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

bc their pay is based off tips. if customers came during a rush and didn't receive "great" service bc of how busy server was, cont

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Gifts can still be taxable if they sum to more than $14,000 per year! I'm great at parties.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Taxable to the gift giver, not the recipient.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You have a lifetime exemption of 5.4 million as well.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This american tipping bullshit is ridiculous.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Every time it gets brought up I am legit shocked by how much people get screwed by their employers over there. Crazy.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I'm assuming you're from a place without a tipping culture?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ever heard of a little place called EUROPE?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

what, you mean a civilised country? i cant wrap my head around that a portion of your wage depends on peoples moods.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Do you even know how the system works are you jusy going to let the stupid keep falling out?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

i'm not sure what you are trying to say. what exactly did i say that is stupid?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Nothing ur rite N the sense that it can depend on their mood, but 4 most part people tip 18-20% regardless, unless the server is 2 blame 1/?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Tipping should never exist. Business owners should pay decent wage to begin with.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 6

most civilised country's don't use the tipping system

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Most servers would prefer to receive tips. My sister makes 60k/yr as a server mostly "tax free". The median income is 54k.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Even if it's efficient it's not right for people to have to beg while working full time. Pity money doesn't feel good to receive.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Well if that's your mindset. Everyone "begs" for money. Sales is basically begging your customers.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You're talking about exchanging currency for goods and services, services are included in the bill for the meal, anything extra is alms.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

My brother is making 80K at a Sushi restaurant, but is technically minimum wage. I'm sure he doesn't care about getting an hourly wage.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Some restaurants tax servers' income based on their sales with the expectation of at least 10% gratuity...really sucks when you get stiffed.

9 years ago | Likes 401 Dislikes 8

15% is basic in my restaurant in Florida. Whether I claim it or not, automatic tipping of bussers and bartenders is based on that too.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

While I disagree with the whine about servers making so little (because in reality they can make a ton!) many restaurants do this.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

This is how tip share is decided where I work. You pay 4% of your sales out of pocket to tip the other staff.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I agree that it sucks. I lived on tips for years, but it's the IRS that requires a minimum 8% reported to them. That number can be larger

9 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

Based on individual rate agreements that they file with the IRS based on their accounting software and tax filings.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

No, it's Congress that writes the tax law. If it's broken, blame your Congressman. Blaming the IRS is what Congress hopes you do.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Congress writes the tax law but the IRS handles the regulations and things like withholding rate agreements for individual restaurants

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Pedantic, but: restaurants don't tax servers. They *withhold* taxes from their paychecks, and report to the gov't the amt they withheld.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 2

1/2 Honestly this whole thread is little whiny. I always tip 20%, but I'm a teacher and I pay for supplies, get about 40% of my paycheck

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2/2 held for taxes, and have several teacher friends who are bartenders/waiters instead of teaching because they make more money.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So be as pendantic as you want.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Shallow, and pedantic?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Is that legal?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My province, Ontario, Just passed laws protecting tips from employers.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Used to bartend at a casino, we were taxed on assumed tips. We had to log what we made each night to contest taxes amount at end of year.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Regretfully there is now a high import duty on steel, so I cannot easily send you the needed pitchforks.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

+1 for creativity, but... what?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ah, I can see both good and bad from this. Tough call, not sure I can comment on this yet.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They paid credit then "tipped" cash. This was not a stiff. They disclaimered the cash as a gift to avoid the server being taxed on it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I tip, but I don't consider it stiffing. It is not my responsibility to pay their salary. I'm a worker, not an owner.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 9

Do you tell them up front you won't be tipping?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Did you skip over the whole first two words of the sentence I wrote?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I guess I did. My bad.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It does suck when you get stiffed, but where I work, I usually make about 30% tips avg. -- def makes up for the shitty tips, or lack of.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Unless it's over $14,000, u idiot. 55% gift tax, sucker❗️!!

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

How did you make that red exclamation point?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Japanese Keyboard on my phone

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The person gives the gift, pays the tax. There is also a lifetime exemption total, which is over 5 mill

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The day I make 14k in "gifts" as a server is the day I suck my own dick.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Don't lie, everyone tries on their own once or twice.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well yeah, but few are (if ever) successful. Same with making $14,000 a year in tips.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But not until then!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Because you can finally afford that spinal surgery

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's 14k per year, but the giver pays the tax.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Except the receipient doesn't pay the tax. Additionally, You're allowed to gift 5.45M over your lifetime tax free(on amounts over 14k/yr).

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So you can gift 14k a year, plus 5.45m as a limit after,. Complicated but interesting.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Giving something closely related to a service performed is not a gift. Other than that, yes, the exclusion is a thing.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't oppose taxes as much as I oppose the bloated bureaucracy that wastes money on the stupidest shit imaginable.

9 years ago | Likes 344 Dislikes 18

What you oppose and why doesn't matter to anyone but you.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

We don't pay enough taxes to support the government anyway. It's propped up by selling debt or borrowing form the future.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

I oppose the lack of equal taxes for corporations and the extremely wealtgy

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Learned in Bio class that Planned Parenthood is getting defunded to the point where they'll have less money than the Pentagon's dry-clean 1)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2) -ing allowance, but hey: USA! USA! USA! (I will provide sauce if I remember to do so.)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

1/2 You don't get to choose though. Taxes are not an a la carte system. If you want to pay for different shit, elect different people to

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

2/2 write the budget. In the mean time, stfu and be glad you don't live in an anarchy, or a Russian-style kleptocracy... yet.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Or like stupid fucking walls...

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Looking at you, F-35.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

So being the cheapest and best piece of equipment in its category is now wasting money? Wow, has the world gone mad in the last 8 hours?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

Securing US air dominance is dumb? You like watching pilots get shot down and die? Okay I guess...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Exactly, taxes is one thing, over taxation because the government is incompetent and blows way more than necessary!

9 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 6

"I'm from the govt and I'm here to help." Translation: You're fucked.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 5

Mid-1940s France might have a different interpretation when American GIs said that

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Yeah, more than a third of the military budget (1/6 of the national budget) is waste, fraud and abuse.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Yep. GSA is the top of that FWA. We pay $15 for a small box of pens & half leak/don't work. Because we HAVE to buy GSA due to gov policy

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security? That is like half of the budget. Add the rest of safety net and debt interest, you have 1/3

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 4

There are a thousand ways the government wastes money every day. If they'd eliminate those, I'd feel better about paying taxes.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Social security is a Ponzi scheme

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 18

It is not a pyramid scheme since it only has 2 levels. Beneficiaries and those paying into it. See what retirement looked like before it.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Actually social security is closer to a pension fund. The only reason it has any comparison to a Ponzi scheme is because it was 1

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Supposed to be its own account but started getting raided as a slush fund. 2

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Eh it still requires new blood to pay for the old blood, which is kinda the definition of a Ponzi scheme.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

Yeah SS is "I put money in, and take it out" like Retirement funds. A Ponzi Scheme is "everyone puts money in, some take it out happily"

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

"Taxation is theft but man do I like these roads. Who paid for these?"

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In my city the casino did but I like the TurnPike idea.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

In my city, taxes pay for a lot of shit. I gladly pay taxes in exchange for schools, infrastructure and healthcare for all.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We have a lot of private and homeschools here and a non-profit helps people with health care, must be nice living in a rich city.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Wow, you have a lot of private and homeschools but I'm the one living in a rich city?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It was cheaper to build a charter school than a public school.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The person that had to pay his taxes involuntarily.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

is it really involuntarily? Because we all need roads, I guess you could live in the forest, but living in the city costs money.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If I want something (roads, for example) then I will pay for them. But, if you want something and force me to pay for that what you want 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

then it is involuntary and becomes immoral (by force). I also don't have the right to take your money to pay for the stuff that I want:) 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

By living in society with the rest of us, you agree to pay for things a society needs. You're welcomed to live in the forest 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

People need to understand what their taxes go to. Quebec mails a statement from hospital after you are treated. The province paid the bill

9 years ago | Likes 144 Dislikes 13

People in the US don't understand how elections work. Our president doesn't understand how politics work. Or anything, really.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Let's see: waging wars, bailing out wall street, protecting corporate interests. Does not go to healthcare nor road maintanence.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

"Do you enjoy traveling on paved roads?", is my standard question in these situations.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The province didnt pay anything, the people paid, and usually you, paid the bill

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I see what you are trying to get at but the point was to ensure people understood that you wouldnt receive a bill you individually had 2 pay

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Rather the province as an entity which does represent the people did

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yes, they need to understand. Look at the Middle East. Look at the government bureaucracy.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But the point is to communicate how much things cost so people understand value of taxes

9 years ago | Likes 66 Dislikes 0

Well; "Quebec" didn't really pay for it. 5 other provinces did.http://www.fin.gov.on.ca/en/budget/fallstatement/2013/chapter4.html#chart4-2

The fact that you call it "tar sands" tells people how little you know about unconventional oil.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Pretty much what doesn't come back as refund goes into my congress's payroll. Money being fluid and all that jazz, I like where a bit >

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

> goes towards the NEA and CPB....or did.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Quebec is a special part of Canada the rest of us hate. More people speak Hindi and Mandarin out west than French. It's communist Canada.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

And them taking in the most transfer payments. More than the east coast provinces COMBINED.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Quebec is its own special kind of fucky. The prov gov hates thing not their idea. Back in the day they shutdown a proposal for federal

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I love the country. The people of Quebec are good one on one. But once a politician gets involved the fighting starts. And tipping sucks.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Education assistance and said just give us the money and we will do it. Cause it wasnt their idea. So all provinces lost out

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

We get a bill? Jamais rien reçu...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bill might be the wrong term more like the receipt. Its mailed but it might seem like junk mail so people might discard it

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Its also been a while since ive been in quebec so it may no longer be done :(

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I've only have been to the hospital twice for the birth of my kids. I imagine the bill would be very high.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Most USAians seem to think the idea of not paying for their own healthcare is communism.

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 6

Yet somehow they think paying trillions for a socialized government owned military force isn't socialism.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

True but world=USA and i think countries should do it for more then just healthcare. Put the taxes in terms of things people care about and

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Suddenly they arent as bad

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Lol no one else on the two continents call themselves American except us

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

There's a good reason for that.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

It's socialism & we're afraid of that generally. Except for the old fogies who hate both socialism & someone touching social security

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Oxymoronic senile bastards.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Except for the minor detail that your Social Security "benefit" is based on what you paid into it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Socialism takes what you've earned to give to someone else who didn't do anything.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

I'm sure that trust fund kids living off multigenerational wealth did so much for their millions.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Socialism taxes your income to provide services to everyone. Including a minimum living allowance, which is really low.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wait, you guys have to claim tips? That's fucked up.

9 years ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 8

It's income tax(ed)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Only tips paid with credit card - it's automatically reported. MANY people here seem to be missing that. Hence the cash tip. Also....1/?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They likely wrote "Taxation is theft" on the tip line so the server couldn't whine about getting stiffed (yes, some will do that). I... 2/?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I generally write "cash" on the tip line for that same purpose.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've owed dominoes money on a paycheck before

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Yeah, exactly why I only leave cash tips.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Income is income.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Gifts under 4k or so a year aren't taxed.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was referring to tips

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Mostly, yes. Gifts up to a certain amount don't count, thus the idiot in the picture trying to fool the IRS with that receipt.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Gifts of any amount are tax-free for the recipient. Over $14,000 the gift giver actually has to pay tax. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Either way, the pictured "gift" does not qualify as a gift under the tax code.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They should just, I don't know, pay them a substantial wage like other countries. Tips are not expected where I live (Oz).

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

As bizarre as tipping might seem to you, the idea of not tipping for certain things is equally bizarre to me

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh I agree. If someone has given great service, you tip them appropriately but depending on tips makes me feel for the servers/workers.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Why? It's a job they choose to do. Tipping goes beyond waitresses and servers for me too.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Twitch streamers also have to claim subscriptions and donations as taxable tips.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

How much exactly is a no donating subscription worth? You tubers don't pay tax on their "likes".

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Subscriptions are $5 USD per month.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Credit tips are usually already claimed, cash tips you have to put in manually. If I make no tips at all, my 5.05 gets bumped to 8.13. Wooho

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

If remember. clam just enough not to get in trouble. If you make no tips let go.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And 5.05 is actually A LOT compared to everywhere else in the US, aside from california.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yeah I get 4.08, it's usually just enough to cover the taxes on my claimed tips

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I made about $3 an hour when I served

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Then you must have been a terrible server.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not in tips lol that's what the restaurant paid every server hourly
