Breaks are when parents can learn to trust their kid's teacher when we call to say Johnny's being an asshole.

As a teacher, this whole aisle probably isn't enough for my summer supplies either.

Last September I ran into my VP from HS, at my fave craft beer spot. He told me he was the new principal at an elementary school. I asked 1/

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 11

I can't tell if you're joking or not.

As the husband of a teacher, we're the ones that need the booze this time of year while our wives are cooped up at home getting bored.

My girlfriend chooses to enter the domain of children and works at a daycare over the summer. WHY!

The sad part is that now it seems teachers are doing more of the right and wrong teaching than the parents in the early years.

When it seems irresponsible to have a kid guess who ends up having kids? Not to say there aren't dedicated parents; it's a slippery slope.

My mother has been a teacher for a long time, she specifically helps troubled kids, and over the years she's needed more vacations haha

Good on her for doing so. Humans be humans and it ain't easy to overcome your circumstances sometimes but a good teacher certainly helps.

Oh I hear you about circumstances
