What's a Las Vegas Model?

It's all fun and games until you tear a muscle/ligament in your crotch.

How does she model Las Vegas?

Yikes

Fukking crossfit 15lbs plates. Still sort of impressive for a girl, depends on how long she's been lifting

Please, Dear God, No!

Great form. remember kids lift with your back

9 years ago | Likes 129 Dislikes 2

Only use your back and your groin to lift

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Helps save your knees

Best piece of advice is to always look like a scared cat. Make sure there is that perfect curve from your head to ass.

She's not even hot

Crossfit, the best argument against socialized healthcare.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

That looks like way more than 200lbs...are those 45 plates? Is that an Olympic bar?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

She's from my hometown. Y'all should definitely look up her FB. Total nerd as well!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

So do I, every time I stand up.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

I've tweaked my back lifting a quarter of that at work. She won't be doing that for long

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

My lower back aches from watching this.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Those are weird plates to total 200 lbs. And yea, awful form.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Most of them are probably bumpers.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 plates per side plus the bar. They would need to be 15lb each to even come close to a total 200lb lift weight. Damn strange.

Why is location and occupation significant? I'm sure there's a Burger King guy who can do this too.

I love all the people commenting on her form without realizing a straight-bar deadlift requires clearing your shins and knees with more back

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

If that's her case she needs to bend her knees more and start lower. Shoulders go up first.

Her form isn't great, but it's not that bad. If this is near her max, it would make sense for her form to not be stellar. People are asses.

She's still lifting with her back

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I deadlift over 200lbs every time I get out of my chair. Where are my upvotes?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Look at that form.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

She doesn't have enough hamstring strength to keep them loaded under the weight, bum goes up instead of the bar. She do though

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Her hips shot up look at where her ass ends up being after half a second while the rest of her body is still moving

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The form isn't perfect but she won't injure herself

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The trick is to lift entirely with your back, in one swift, twisting motion.

Mid-ramp and make sure to place your most irreplaceable valuables at the bottom of the ramp.

Instructions unclear, smashed gym window

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

A lifting, twisting, jerking motion always works best

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

awesome! thank you! time to give it a try... 1... 2... AGK MY BACK!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Everyone knows the back is the strongest muscle in the body

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I dead lift almost twice that weight.....every morning getting out of bed. No big whoop.

9 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 2

I loled

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

deadlifting seems like the laziest of all weightlifting. so much effort is put into other lifts -- this one just stops mid way.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 10

That simplicity is precisely its virtue. It's a true test of strength because there is so little technique. Just brutish, heavy, raw lifting

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The only workout ever to make me throw up was going through deadlifts. Easily the hardest lift you can do.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I see you’ve never done deadlift before

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Okay, now try it with a tight core, straight back, good posture, only a slight bend in the knees, the right grip, and perfect breathing. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It is brutish, but can take longer to master than other lifts because there are things you have to think about while lifting 300+ lbs.
