Chop your veggies! Ka-cha!

Ginger, garlic, shallot, scallions, kimchi, reserved kimchi juice, shiitake mush, and zucchini.

Tofu pressed, dried, and cut. Fresh tiger prawns.
Gochujang, dobujang, black and whitesesame seeds, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, reserved drippings from spicy pork roast (soon to follow)

Fry your aromatics and combine veggie and sauce base (all pastes and sauces). Add stock made with kombu. Let it simmmmah

Spicy Roasted pork shoulder and sautéed shrimp to top it off with.

Soft boiled egg yolk for garniiiish and toss those cooked noodles in!

How would this taste without the prawns? I'm down for everything else, but I am not a big fan of the texture of prawns.

Perfectly fine! I just threw them on top of my bowl at the end. The stock itself is based on the reserved pork roast drippings.

Rub down a 2 pound pork shoulder with Korean red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, white pepper, smoked paprika(1/2)

yeah, i believe its just the japanese equivalent, but i'm also not much of a cook and have only used doenjang.
