Cemu will run BoTW but not at the best frame rate. I've got a beast of a pc and 24fps is my average walking around. 60 in menus.
Intel tends to have better single core performance than AMD, where AMD relies on more cores to be competitive with Intel.

I planned on grabbing an old dell precision t3400 and a c2qx as they are rather cheap now. That plus a 660 or a 660ti will make the cheapest
gaming ring you can find for under 100 bucks. Also, the precision has the intel x38 chipset, which is overclockable.
