First glance I thought it was a modified хачапури (Khachapuri). Looks good.

Yes, it basically is that. The Turks call it Pide, the bread that way with everything else in it. I replaced the bread with Eggplant.

Hi, looks good. What's "Aleppo" in a food context please? I only know of the city, & I don't think you've managed to fit that on there ;-)

Aleppo is the English name for a Pepper from Syria/Turikey, that is also called Pul biber or Halaby.
