I'm not sure, I do remember that cortosis is also very conductive which created problems for proper military use, but also1/2

Kit is custom. Problems they say are with helmet, gauntlets and gun. All 3 were made by approved vendors and he's proven purchase from them.

The gauntlets are made by some guy that has a waiting list that is years long to get. Flip up electronic screen, amazing stuff.

There is no real reason that we can come up with but they just won't approve him. He's got 15ish other 501st and Rebel Legion approved kits
