The biggest study it mentions ($3.1M) is about asthma in men and women, and just mentions "trans" in the summary as not being studied. There is no way his followers could read and understand the medical abstract to tell that Trump is lying.

The experiments that they must have spent hours cherry-picking investigate the effects of hormones on responses to various chemicals and environmental factors: they DON'T make mice transgender, and they DON'T relate in any way to transgender treatments and operations with people.

Just to say this again the one that makes up over a third of their complaint is literally just asthma research. There's a difference in how asthma presents by sex, so they were seeing how much of that is hormonal.

Men also get gender-affirming testosterone. And it does have increased cancer risks. Would be nice to know if it applies to breast cancer too since men RARELY get checked for breast cancer.

Further, post-menopausal women, and women who have had oophorectomies sometimes get TT in combination with female hormones and it is considered gender affirming there too.
