SLEEP, sleep when you can. Help your wife out even if it's just holding the baby. Don't worry too much, babies are tougher than you think.

The first 3 months are the worst for dads. The baby is so boring, and if they are breastfeeding, you can't help much with the worst part

The next 3-6 months is the best time to go out to restaurants... Baby just sleeps and eats. It gets more difficult after that.
