Is this level of handwriting bad for a High School student? If so, is there something wrong with me?

Might indicate a learning disability, might not. Ask a professional about dysgraphia.

As a teacher, if I can read it I don’t care. But I would say practice your hand writing

My 22 yo son's is worse. They made him use computer since 3rd grade.

About half the adults I work with have illegible handwriting. You can practice it and make it better if you're worried though
