This contest was on WWA4 Showcase match at Beyond Wrestling's Armory Amore live event (9/30/12) in Greenwich, RI between the debuting Black Baron and Charade. He suffered a fractured base of the skull as a result of the accident. He made a full recovery in only 3-4 months.
