A Dopo Sourdough Pizza - Knoxville, TN

This was a fun little quarantine project for me. It’s a small scale replica of my favorite pizza shop! Our friends are the proud, hardworking owners of this incredible sourdough wood fired pizza restaurant, and they were really thrown a curveball when Covid 19 took away their ability to host dinner service in their shop. After stepping back and reworking their classic recipe, they’re able to serve a new menu in take out form! So proud of them and their drive!
