Oh why hello there little one

Ran out of bullets while hunting. Decided to pick up this lady. Feral hogs are a problem in Texas and cause billions of dollars in damages every year. It's a responsible hunters job to manage land, game, and wildlife.

I thought #3 was a George Foreman grill...

Saving it for later, I see.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Damn, they're cute when they're little.

10 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

It's the same in Germany. The growing agriculture and increased planting of corn for gas provides with enough food for them to get a problem

I want my baby back, baby back, baby back riiiiiibs. GET IN MAH BELLY!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Deer God. What have you started?!

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

I started to comment something with c-antelope, but then I stopped. I want to be a responsible commenter.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It.....it sounds like he's going to kill her........

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Just to give an idea of how bad it is, it's not uncommon for us to drive our property with a few rifles and shoot 5 - 10 adult hogs.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

I had one of those. His name was bacon.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pigs are pretty smart. Is it possible to train them like Judas goats?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Some Pig

10 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

Don't do this to my feelings.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Salutations.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Lucky you didn't run into mom, she would've fucking gored your ass. That's what Old Yeller taught me.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a girl! If he takes it out of the Wild and raises it, then it can't have babies!!!

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

And thus there will be less wild boars in Texas!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Plant it...grow bacon.

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 4

That pig got a piggyback ride.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I don't know about texas, but Kentucky has laws about possessing or transporting a live wild pig, they're pretty touchy about it

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Texas hunting laws are really strict on seasons and the amount of meat you get, not much on the transportation, unless you're a rancher.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

They consider hogs varmint and don't hold to the same hunting laws. You can shoot as many as you want

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Call it Chris P. Bacon

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

That's cute. c: Don't kill him pls. Raise him like a bacon puppy.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

Put her in a pen and feed her whey from a yoghurt company. Then, in about 8 months, shoot her. Then, render her fat and mail it to me.

10 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 8

Mmm rendered lady pig fat. That is SO Charles Fucking Bronson!

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Soap?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

From females? No, I'm gonna eat that. Uncastrated male fat, I'd use for soap. Unpalatable.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Interesting. How do you eat it?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Stand in for any other fat. It has a high smoke point, great for frying. Leaf fat (from around the kidneys) is good for baking, too

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's dirty, in a lovely sort of way

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Ahhh, future bacon.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 7

Hes intelligent, just like a dog. A dog we're going to cook, chew and swallow.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Poor little thing doesn't know it's bad... :'(

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Bacon Seed

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Billions in damages? From pigs? Every year?

10 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 2

Yes they are a nightmare. They destroy everything and are crazy smart.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They eat, burrow, and destroy crop fields don't they?

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Look it up. They destroy billions in crops every year. Hunting/trapping are the only things we can do and it's still not enough.

10 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

well, you guys are also kinda good at carpet-bombing the shit outta stuff. just sayin' :D

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 12

You'd carpet bomb your own farmers because of a hog problem? 10/10, you'd be better off working at McDonalds.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

While true, carpet bombing farm land seems like a poor choice

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I doubt that

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 30

Then do some research. Educate yourself.

10 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Then you have never seen a hog tear up a field. It's absolutely true.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

There are documentaries on netflix if you want to watch.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Don't have Netflix but I trust you guys lol

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don't trust people. Research and find out for yourself. It's true in this case, but you should stil confirm it on your own.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It is a big number but it's accurate. They are extremely destructive. People can make a good living at hunting feral hogs.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So...what are gonna do with it?

10 years ago | Likes 239 Dislikes 0

Probably a pot roast I dunno

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

@op please answer. IT's just so cute like.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Did you not read? Ran out of bullet. It's already dead.

"Pork is a nice sweet meat."

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Teach it to truffle hunt!

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

I don't think there are truffles in Texas

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Or, OR nobody has trained a pig to do it before!!!

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Not eat it? :(

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 3

Eat it... have you ever eaten something you raised your self ... it is awesome

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

SHOOT IT.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Make sure it doesn't grow up probably.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

10 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 2

TACOS TACOS TACOS TACOS

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

And it's going to be good when it's nice and fat and slowly smoked with mesquite.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

bacon

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I'm guessing baconize it when it comes to the right age.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Bacon. It will become bacon one day.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Pigs make great pets, they are smart and friendly. But they are also stubborn and grow to huge size so, from pet to paté, I would say ?

10 years ago | Likes 61 Dislikes 4

Generally yes, but many of these wild ones grow up and retain more violent instincts from what I've read.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

given its size this one will surely be bottle fed and so more tamable, especially if raised with dogs.. Otherwise well a paté it will be

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

They are amazing pets for a few years, tjen they evolve into an amazing christmas dinner

10 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 2

Pigs are real life pokemons (do they eat pokemons in the serie ?)

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

There are a few instances that suggest that they do.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In the anime when they first find a Farfetch'd, the pokedex says that they were so delicious they were nearly hunted to extinction.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In the comics yes, in the show they showed a magikarp that was cut up and cooked once. First season I think

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In Gold/Silver, Team Rocket cuts off Slowpoke tails to eat and tries to sell them for a million dollars.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Please don't harm her.

10 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 10

It was already dead by the time this was uploaded

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I agree):

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

I'm not sure you understand where delicious bacon comes from.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I don't eat mammals.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm sorry for your loss

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I used to!! I just can't anymore. Yeah bacon tastes good, but those animals are treated so poorly and are so intelligent, I just can't do it

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Hogs really cause billions of dollars in damage annually in Texas?

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

No just this one. Problem sorted now

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Billions nationally. About $500 million in Texas alone.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes. The wallow and eat crops. Also damage fences, and harass livestock.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Figures I found were around 400-500 millions per year in Texas, not billions.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Semantic police at it again. What the fuck ever. They're still an incredibly destructive nusiance.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The figures aren't even im the same ballpark. But yeah, it' still a lot of dough.
