Photo 2: Three blocks away from my apartment in Capital Hill (now Chaz) where protesters are sitting outside the abandoned east precinct. The precinct was abandoned earlier yesterday (probably with the expectation of it being overrun thus justifying further militarization style response from police). What do the protesters do? They set up a movie screen and show the film "13th". This was also the first night where there wasn't tear gas, flash bangs, and police brutality. Why? Police weren't there. That's all that changed from previous nights.
These are not anarchists. These are the truest form of Americans. Striving for equality for all.
