Fuck Cancer.

It was a monumental day in my life today. Last year I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer (non Hodgkins lymphoma). After 9 aggressive chemo treatments and one big surgery to remove a tumor from around my spine and spinal cord, today I had my chemo port taken out. I'm in full remission and just trying to get back into my normal daily life.

And yes if course I kept that nasty little port.

Cheers everyone,

Cingratulations! My daughter just got hers taken out last month.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I love my port, no good veins left so it saves a ton of time and pokes. No cancer, other medical reasons

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They did have a use for sure, but I ended up having issues with two of mine, did save my veins though haha

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

True, dang staph infections

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Posts like yours gives me inspiration to kill this fucker entirely

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Weird question, do you ever feel kinda like it's still there? Ive got this phantom pain sort of thing and am just curious if its common

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I still have soreness and pain from where I had surgery from the tumor. So yes I constantly have anxiety that it's still there or came back

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

i had my pinky toe amputated and i swear it is still there sometimes

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Totally not as awesome as you guys, but I had 2 phantom gallbladder attacks about a month after removal. All in my head apparently.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Quite different, but after years of having hyperthroidism, I've developed a mild but irrational fear of being hungry for too long.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

While in that state of hyper metabolism, hunger is pain, and anxiety runs rampant until it's sated. I kind of worry it'll happen again.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tallgeese is pretty effective against most zodiac,

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What about Virgo? Or are those the exception?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They're more difficult to deal with. That's often the time you'd opt for surgery by Epyon heat chain, as it penetrates energy barriers.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Come to think of it, did either of the Tallgeese suits ever face off against Virgos? It's been over a decade since I watched GW.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Did you keep the tumor? So you could taunt it?

9 years ago | Likes 498 Dislikes 1

turn it into a punchin bag

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I dunno man. You'd be taunting the child of a disease that's just chillin in your bod.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

He's taunting his own body cells, so he's essentially taunting himself.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That's just a central venous port for chemo. It's not the tumour

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Ah huh. Hey what's that blue shit always floating above our heads?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't know captain, what is it?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Cause FUCK CANCER!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

brb writing down very important personal note in case of future cancer diagnosis

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They don't let you keep them usually. They ask you to sign something so they can use it as research.

9 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 0

They wouldn't let me even see a cyst i had removed, so I think tumors are way higher on that list.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's a very logical reason to give it up, wouldn't even be mad. They'll probably torture the little guy for years! Also research.

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

Had my left testicle removed b/c of a tumor, I asked to keep it so I could "give my left nut for" something but I was denied

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

What happens if you eat a tumor?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Cum in the jar and let it ferment under a radiator for a few months

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

and I wish I didn't....

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0
