Between Luke and Vader for a better example. Even then Luke was not a Jedi master, but he managed to defeat his father. The 2/3*
Prequel trilogy shows actual Jedi using various lightsaber fighting styles and techniques while there were still more that two in the galaxy

Trust me, I'm aware of it's flaws, and that single second clip is a very minor one. The Disney trilogy has worse fight scenes overall.
