Final farewell to old friends

After hundreds of miles and always being there for me. Lost count of the number of times I have gone out for a run with a head full of shit and returned an hour later with clarity and solutions to earlier problems. It's always bittersweet when you break a pair of runners. Great to know that you can do it but also having a comfy pair of stinkies that fit like a glove is difficult to find. Next up are my new HOKA Bondi 4. I'll let you know after tonight's first outting how the do but first impression is very very impressive.
