Are you a vampire hunter ?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I hope you don't want to be a mechanic, plumber, or a sparkie.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I see you, Freemason symbol.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I binged it: ""By letters four and science five, this ā€œGā€ aright doth stand, in due Art and Proportion; you have your answer, friend.ā€

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And yes, I am starting a campaign to say Binged instead of Scroogled

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you owned that you'd be Studley.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The left side looks pretty plane though.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Lovely, lovely

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That is a sexy tool chest, think of all the carpentry you could do!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

[crafting intensifies]

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Can anyone else suddenly smell sawdust and linseed oil?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The man who made this, built and repaired high end pianos among other things. His name is H.O. Studley

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That is a masterpiece in itself.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

its basically one of the most famous examples of woodworking craftsmanship so yeah

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's the Studley chest. The creator was an organ maker but this was his best work. You will never see anything more intricate than this.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Carpenters hand tools, i wish !!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Never seen it outside the Smithsonian, also never seen it without its tools. WAY impressive.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I see a hammer. That's more than enough to fix my VW.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

...said the non mechanic. Admitting you have a problem is the first step.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

And then you drop it and everything falls out and it takes 3 hours to put everything back in the right place.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wasn't it tradition for the journeyman to make his tool box as his Master work?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Listen here doc I need my eye checked, my foot realigned and my teeth removed, can you help?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A place for everything, and everything in its place.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A woodworker's toolchest then. Because you dream of woodwork.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is the sort of toolbox you should only have if you've built it yourself. And when you die, it should be burnt without the tools in it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Allowing the next owner of the tools to continue the tradition

His opus

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That is indeed quite studley.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Looks like that belonged/belongs to a master cabinet maker.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wtf would you want these tools? Tryna tell me an air compressor and impact wrenches aren't better?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

Seens as they are mostly wood working tools then yeah I'd say they are!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

These are for mutilating dead tree carcasses

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Faster, not better.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hmm i see that i may be drunk

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You probably shouldn't be flying then

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I see a henway and a hammerfore.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's a henway?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

about 3 pounds

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

loooooooooool

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I feel like most of these tools have names that 99% of the population has never heard of, "pass me the augmented stretcher!" Uhh U wut m8?

9 years ago | Likes 124 Dislikes 3

I usually say "pass that thingy".

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This thingy, or the wobbleheaded flatnose thingy?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My stretcher is augmented.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

It's good to see that he still has an augmented stretcher, even though it's made mostly redundant by his flabbergasting elongater.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I see a board stretcher in there

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yeah No one has ever heard of a hand drill or a plane.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

The guy who made it repaired pianos. A lot of the tools are specific to that work.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Make sense to have a pretty tool chest then. For the client to see how pro and delicate you are.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That tends to be the way when people specialize. Like if I said something was a great example of reverse ostension. Odds are people 1

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't know what I'm saying because it's a phrase that only comes in handy in very specific scenarios and only in those scenarios. 2/2

This statement needs a pause in it for maximum effectiveness.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Aww I thought you were just happy to see me :(

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Got some of those special pills eh? Know what I mean? Say no more!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It sounds more like a strapon tbf.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks like a freemason owns/owned it

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

...and that's why he does masonry for free.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You're right, this is the tool chest of Henry O. Studley who was a freemason. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henry_O._Studley

"Who controls the British Crown? Who keeps the metric System down?"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

We do, we do!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Those are pretty much all woodworking tools.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Operative vs Speculative. Know the difference.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yet there is the Freemason symbol on the left side

They all have a G?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

As a freemason myself, it is the square and compass with the letter G which represents the Grand Geometrician of the Universe (God).
