I wish to pet the capybara. The guinea big as it were. The aloof floof. The big fuzz. The..something clever with calm?

Rodents of unusual size?

They don't exist

Their faces always look like an old British gentleman to me.

They are ALWAYS so much bigger than I expect them to be.

As much as i love Capybaras, i freaking hate that song due to how overused it is whenever there is a Capybara video.

My life will not be complete until I pet a capybara

Well, I mean, yes...

I think that whoever created them missed out when they didn’t give them the capacity to purr.

I'd love to get one as a pet but they're semi-aquatic and need to live in a large social group... so I guess that's a solid nope

You can get a chinchilla which has a similar personality, it's like a micro-capybara and even has the same capybara-face

Also requires multiple to avoid depression. Still saves on space.

Im a social group

1 year ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah they are very social. So if you had enough money you could get a meditation of capybaras(Unofficial name for group of capybaras since they don't have one), you know 10 to 20 individuals, build a pond the size of a small lake at your mansion and taaa daaa

In Portuguese the collective noun is 'manada' which is used for large animals in general, 'herd' is probably close enough in English

Heard of them? There's one right there on the screen!

By group name(a collective noun) I mean like murder of crows, parliament of owls etc
