I’d wear this.

This is some more awesome armor. Looks almost like a Warhammer medieval armor set to me. Maybe it’s just the shoulders. Enjoy!

I wish this were a Diablo 3 armor for a hypothetical Paladin class.

That's a lot like the Legiana set I'm wearing in Monster Hunter World.

You can buy full sets of wearable armor online priced at a range of 2000 to 10000 usd

Looks like a judge from Final Fantasy XII

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It kind of looks like female armor? I might be wrong, but these long braids...

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

This is what men really want!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'd wear that to my wedding.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not if I wear it first @op

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

In Dark Souls, the armor wears you.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

This makes me think of the Hawk Power Armour from Fallout Tactics

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

... *Falls down from weight*

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I wish we wore armor on daily basis.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Holy shit. That's just plain awesome. Kudos to the artist.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Damn it must be heavy

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Is this actually armor?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everyone know the best armors have ass-capes

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i would wear the shit out of this.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

dont think I would want stuff dangling from the armor

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i would not. shitty design

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fashion Souls

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Maybe he's born with it...maybe it's mail...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I would wear this for a ceremony, but not in the battlefield

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Shits tight

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Give me better protection for my lower abdomens and the MASSIVELY huge vitals in the groin area

8 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Everything on the torso is too small. Breastplate should be larger, there should definitely be another piece protecting the abdomen, and 1/3

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

the codpiece is far too small. There are also ridges and seams in bad spots, which would catch weapons and be easier to punch 2/3

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

through. It's beautiful and more practical than some examples you see, but still has glaring flaws. 3/3

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Looks like Gray Warden Armor...

Aaand.. now I'm 0laying Dragon Age: Origins again. Thanks brah

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yep it sure does

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Jesus I need to beat that game at some point

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Does the story have griffons in it?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Griffons are dead before the start of the game. They use to have them as mounts But now just use Griffons as their sigil and coat of arms.

How is this gif a higher resolution than the game itself??

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

every time the dog barks it gets a quality bump.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Enchantment?

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Enchantment!

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

You'd *try* to wear that, you mean.

8 years ago | Likes 72 Dislikes 4

You'd wear it. Find out you can't fucking move. And take it off

8 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 5

You'd probably be able to move quite easily. Contrary to popular belief, good armor was free moving and comfortable to wear.

8 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

This armor looks like It'd be about exhausting after a couple of steps up some stairs

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wait you don't get exhausted after a couple of steps with just regular clothing on? Shit.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I get exhausted by interaction with humans

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yeah but still heavy af. Like, heavy enough that most woefully out of shape modern folk couldn't hang.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a hobbyist (though lapsed) the only problem I see is that the cuisse (thigh protection) would make running near-impossible.

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

yeah that's true. I could see that Cuisse being tricky since it doesn't seem to have a hinged joint. But, I'd be curious to see how it moves

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also, the faulds seem to be slid a bit too far back. (The feather-looking bits hanging at the side/back of the hip)

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This is what we need in Dark Souls

8 years ago | Likes 156 Dislikes 3

All you need is the Giants set and the dad mask

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The legend lives on

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

It's like the Iron Tarkus helmet fused with a Silver Knight helmet.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The wep looks inspired by orenstein's swordspear. I dunno if its an actual wep.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's a Naginata. It's not inspired. It's a standalone weapon basically. Ornstein's weapon is a Cross Spear.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Silver Knight armor is close-ish. Anybody else pick their armor based on poise, not defense, for PVP?

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Poise is for suckers who don't know how to fat roll like a pro.

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Fashion Souls is life

8 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Look fabulous; dodge well. Who needs armor or poise when you have iframes?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

except Black and Silver Knight helms are soda can sized...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Considering 3 poise is a dead stat... fashion souls dude

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

poise is actually more useful than defense. low level is where defense mean something, after that is just rubbish

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Poise is a dead stat in dark souls 3. It's not like how it was in demon souls or 1 and 2 at all.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

two words: Hyper Armor. poise affect it. /thread.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

many points to grab with hooked weapons and these same area's are weak points for being stabbed. otherwise looks well rounded.

8 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 3

That’s why I’m going with the defense up enchant

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I mean it could be parade armor.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ya, but it looks cool tho

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Looks like you could get killed by just getting stabbed in the butt or dick. Also ribs are pretty open.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also, the center of the helmet looks like it'll dent in a single hit from a mace or similar. It doesn't look very protective.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And someone can yank on the red ribbons sewn onto the doodleplate

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Looks more like it's made to resist slashes and chops. In which the odd plating will do well against

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This is what you wear when your only job is looking pretty and suppressing the masses. That's royal guard wear, right there.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The most practical defense is boring as shit lol

8 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 4

Winning/not dying or getting injured horribly and stupidly is boring to you? What a jaded parasite you are!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

If you survive, you'd revaluate the importance of proper protection after you loose your first testicle.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

For purposes of defense boring is best but there is purpose in ornate and flashy armor traditionally. Intimidation power on your officers...

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

goes a long way when the other side is being made to fight with no cause.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nah man, have you seen a set of maximilian armor? That shit is anything but boring

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yeah but that’s ceremonial.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

As far as I understand it, Maximilian Armor was still functional. It was the transitional period from purely functional to purely aesthetic

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It sure was functional but incredibly expensive so rarely used in real conflicts. Like so who could afford it wouldn’t go to war himself.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

but being a walking bowling ball is fun.

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Have you ever tried those big balls you run inside, like a human hamster ball? You might get a kick from that?

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

i have. they're fun

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Nice, this armor is fun looks like though hah
