They was never against animal cruelty and use to treat their own pets badly. Now they have recently turned vegan and will go on how the farming industry is inhumane and won’t let their 3 year old eat ice cream anymore. Last time we hung out while being served the bar he had to tell the barmaid he was vegan and couldn’t drink his favourite beer anymore.... that was the last straw.

Depends on the friend and their character. When younger we are more easily influenced, especially by sex. Later we may internally disagree.

I mean there's a lot of vegan ice cream with coconut milk or soy milk or almond milk. it's good, too. tastes like ice cream.

Not tried it, but I give ice cream in small amounts if they eat all their vegetables.
