I don't see "insect" anywhere in this comic. I see "bug" the blanket word for small creepy crawlies.

They’re swinging through the city while having this riveting conversation? Must be difficult...

Talking is a "Free Action" duh. ;)

She must spend a fortune on sports bras. All that jiggle from the violent swinging must wear them out fast.

Peter tingle helps quite a bit I imagine

I guess it's like spider sensing each others' voices. Either that or Parker Industries set up a discord for them.

It’s apparently like talking on the subway.

talking is a free action

Between the super-reflexes and spider sense, talking IS a free action for Spidey.

And here comes the part where his name is completely forgotten from the MCU since they can’t even mention him. Fuckin’ Sony...

Fuckin' Disney, actually. They were pushing for more money out of him. Terrible PR, really. (keep saying this and Disney may care)

You realize that Sony gets 95% of the Disney’s Spider-Man movie profits? Disney merely wanted a fair 50/50 split, instead of 95/05.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Disney makes 100% of merch sales, Sony makes 95% of ticket sales. Now Disney wants 100% of the former AND 50% of the latter. Sony said no.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Disney doesn't make Spider-Man movies, Sony does. So they get 95% of profits on their own movies?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Disney can't make Spider-Man movies. Sony made Homecoming and Far From Home. Disney wants to split the cost 50/50, but also the profits.

While having Marvel involved with make better movies, I can't blame Sony for not agreeing to Disney's terms, they were too greedy.

Achtually the spider is an arachnid, not a hug

6 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 8

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Bug arguable, insect no.

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

AKCTHULLY bug =/= insect. It is used colloquially to refer to any terrestrial arthropod that is a pest. BUT non-colloquially, true bugs...

6 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

...refer to a specific order of insects, the hemiptera.

Those are the sucking insects, right?

That a Swarm reference? Nice.

6 years ago | Likes 153 Dislikes 2

Damn, I was really looking forward to excitedly explaining "swarm of bees that is also a Nazi" to people

6 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

He is a Nazi Made Entirely Out of Bees. I concur. I never get tired of explaining this.

6 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

How'? Did his human Nazi consciousness transfer to a bee swarm? Or did a swarm of bees gain intelligence and decide to form a Nazi?

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

He was a Nazi who trained bees, and when he died, he transferred his mind into the swarm.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Iirc, the former.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Are you sure he didn't just eat a bee and explode into bees?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes.
