One of the reasons this happened probably is the American tradition of going to parties in your car, drinking a few and then taking the car home. Risk behaviour. Not ok, even if you are on the correct side of the legal limit
As someone with an alcoholic father, I drove him home sometimes. One time we were pulled over and the old man insisted on telling the officer, from the passenger seat, that he was drunk. When you are a kid, drunk people are scary. When you are an adult, they are stupid. Fascists are people that act like they're drunk all the time whether they are or not. The old man had no identity if he wasn't drunk.
true. but there's a strong argument that it was a bit of a ploy to foil his world tour that wasn't doing well. reason to bail out of it. I haven't looked further into it cos that was enough for me
My apologies, I didn’t realize that it got cut off. Of course the line comes right after the cut off point. I’m actually surprised that someone didn’t make the line a comment. Didn’t Imgur recently give us up to three minutes per video? Maybe that’s only when using a computer.
who knows! imgur is a bit buggy, they might want some kind of subscription for premium uploads (just guessing) or its just some unintuitive setting somewhere
Old news about a washed up celebrity. Next are we gonna start talking about how Taylor Frankie Paul was arrested in 2023 for aggravated assult? Or Young Thug in 2022 for RICO charges? Or A$AP Rocky for assult? Do we care?
it isnt in the video, just a bit after it cuts off, but he says "this is gonna ruin the world tour" and it became a bit of a meme for a while. So, idk, my bet is user error, as the intent was to share the origin of the quote and it only uploaded 60 seconds instead of the whole thing.
It only gave me 60 seconds. I didn’t realize that it got cut off at the part I wanted to keep. Imgur used to give 3 minutes or maybe that’s just if you’re using a computer to upload. Thanks for the heads up.
Honestly, I just googled for celebrities who had been arrested in the 2020s. I didn't recognize a single name I put in there. I don't really pay much attention to celebrities, further reiterating my point, in a way.
Well, I certainly dont idolize celebrity for the sake of itself. It just happened to be a rapper I enjoyed. I do agree that far too much attention is paid to what just a few people do with their lives. However, when some artist is convicted of a horrid crime (or known to have committed), it can taint or change the scope of their work, at least in my opinion.

I’m not a fan of drunk drivers.

I don't really understand the need to Shame people like this. There is no need for this video to be public.

Id rather be sober when getting in my Jessica Biel because I would never want to forget those moments.

I honestly didn’t know of the other people you listed and I assume follow. I just came across the Timberlake video and thought id share.

A$AP Rocky was cleared of his charges, last I heard. I didn't even learn about it until probably a week before the decision.
