I disable superfetch and system is using 1.5 mb per second on the disk

I dont know why you would disable superfetch because thats not gonna help, I think you should try a chkdisk first.

Let it run, this is often a garbage collection or defragmentation in the background. Do you have a RAID or storage space happening?

And also: has your computer had a hard reset (eg power loss) recently?
