I think it's from the trailer for the new season of 9-1-1, which is a TV drama following first responders in LA. Apparently LA is going to be struck by a meteor, though how you brace for impact from that im not really sure. The show jumped the shark a long time ago. One plotline involved escaped killer bees causing a plane crash or something. It got very dumb.
