Just picked up a pregnant mama cat to foster, and she just walked right out of the carrier and started exploring! She seems calm and confident
Shout out to Bestie for the cave idea in the closet, mama loves it! We’re thinking she’s at least 5-6 years old based on her teeth, and she came in with the name Waffles but I’m gonna change that. She’s so pretty!!

Two Pi Day (aka, Tau Day, 6.28), is Saturday, so even though the due date may be a while off, perhaps the theme could be mathy constants: Pi(wacket?), Tau, Phi (Fifi?), Square-root-of-2 (Rooty-twoty? Squirt?), etc. Mama could be Constance. :) Just *slightly* more sophisticated than "Number 1", "Number 2", >frank<, etc ...

What interesting colouring! All of the torties I've seen/met have had like a base colour of black, but does she count as a tortie?
We locally have a cat that's a grey version of this kind of pattern, never seen another like it (so far).
