Our rescue dog - PJ Homselice. The shelter told us that he wasn't affectionate, but all he wants to do is hug and cuddle.

I have a rescued Manchester terrier, looks the same as yours, he also wants to hug and BE kissed all the time.

The shelter said he was Manchester terrier and he definitely looks it. We think he might have Jack Russel, too. Glad yours is just as sweet!
