I just got to http://www.videocardbenchmark.net to see benchmarks rather than wasting too much time

That's stupid you should always check multiple source and videogames ones related not 3 d benchmarks

Or get lucky and buy the BB missprice for $450

Or go my route and get 1060 just keep the 970 I see the same performance just the new name is the only diff

It's weird, same thing happened to me... Oh well

I mean that's what I did. The hybrid cooled EVGA was out of stock so I had to go with the MSI hybrid cooled.

Bought a 1060 for 250$. Better last me a long time cause I hate shopping for video cards.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Should have bought a rx 480

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I know I know please just tell me something that will reassure me that I didn't just waist 250$

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not a waste in any case you could had a little more for your money

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The 1060 out performs the 480 in almost every way

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For now. AMD cards perform better and better as time passes. When first released, the 1060 was much faster. Now, it's only a little faster.

Payday heist series and mass effect series are the current deals. Another tab on there tells you how many people are playing every game

Can get an idea from that, vs release date, what games have "staying power".
