I'd like to thank the thousands of chickens that gave their delicious lives to make this possible.

Andy Reid for halloween vs today

Down 160lbs. 360 vs 199. Banana for scale. Was too lazy to photoshop one into the fat pic.

Finally reached my original goal.

Unfortunately I didn't start writing down my weight until I hit 300.

All of the small spikes are basically due to weekend cheating and the large ones due to vacations. Got off track for a little while there but finally back. The good thing about losing weight is even if you fuck up, you can still get right back to it the next day.

To make the chart a little more stable, Friday morning weigh ins are always the most consistent.

Graduation day from college. The college lifestyle was pretty awful for my body. Gained 100lbs in 4 years.

Lots of alcohol, pizza and french fries.

I think my way of losing is pretty unique. I actually didn't work out much, it was 99% diet and I am a supper picky eater, so I have very little in variety of what I like to eat that is healthy.

Details of what I did:
I have a 2-3 cups of plain Cheerios a 1 cup of whole milk every. single. day. for breakfast. I still look forward to it too. Love Cheerios.
During the work week, I have a piece of grilled chicken for lunch, with no sides or sauce, every day. I make a nice batch of $1.99 per pound value pack chicken breast every weekend to eat all week.
For dinners I still eat things like pizza and sandwiches that I love, but it's all about portion control. 1-2 slices of pizza instead of 3-4. I also try to cut out sugar as much as possible. Even when I cheat, I eat things that are more carb/fat heavy instead of eating sugar filled things. It's shocking how much sugar gets added to things. I can't wait for the FDA's new label rules to start next year that force them to show a separate row for "added sugar". Unfortunately when you get so fat, extra skin seems to be inevitable (the lack of working out much probably didn't help), so next up for me is surgery to remove it. Can't wait to go back to back to day 1 of post college debt. RIP $30,000.

Is that a banana in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

You look fantastic. The food doesn't sound exciting, but I imagine it's well worth it. I wonder how many years you've added to your life

You look like you can't go five minutes without telling people how you lost weight and how great you feel.
