Is violence okay against those who support ICE, not really. (Does ICE deserve massive amounts of violence used against them in response for them being the jackboots of a fascist administration, who am I to say) But I applaud brown hoodie guy for teaching this douchenozzle a lesson… if you are going to be a dickhead in public, expect people to want to punch you.

...and this is my BOOMSTICK!

Fucking security cowards.

We’re at the tipping point where we need to dispense with the pleasantries and treat these people exactly as they should be treated. I agree Violence isn’t always the answer but it is an option.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"Is violence okay against those who support ICE, not really." Wait, why not? They support violence, and are actively making the world worse.

"you are going to get in trouble"

*your terms are acceptable*

Fucking legend.

"That's against school code!" good lord, this kid is a weenie. i hope he surprises all of this and learns from this experience.

1 month ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

"all of us", i meant to write

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"I support ice" is hate speech.

Imagine a sign that said, "I support the Sturmabteilung" in 1940s Germany, but then view it through the lens of modern Germany. In modern Germany, this person would be in jail.

This is a guy I'd donate to a gofundme for. He deserves good things for standing up for what's right.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I love the way he clapped his hands before he swung.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Mimimi it's against school code mimimi ... little fucker needs to get punched some more. Mostly because he probably doesn't actually support ICE, he just wants to be a twatwaffle.

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I wouldn't be surprised if it quickly became a game to punch this annoying little Nazi shit at this school.

I’d argue he consented to that punch from that Absolute Legend. Good on him for standing up against bullies and tyranny.

Big guy did nothing wrong.

Violence is not "ok" or "not ok", it's a tool, like radium, guns, or AI. This clip is that rare example of a fully valid use of that tool as a response to what I'd certainly argue are "Fighting Words" as defined in law.

The belligerent here is the sign-holder. He is plainly intending to incite a breach of peace.

1 month ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 3

Not technically "fighting words", wouldn't stand in court for a hot minute, they are to me. Interesting take on inciting a breach of peace!

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I'd argue the expression of an idea intended to provoke a physical conflict is exactly that. Have to show intent which sucks from a labor standpoint, but idiot teenagers that do stuff like this LOVE to talk about it beforehand. I could see it.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

it's not that he supports ice, its that he's just trying to provoke / instigate a response to get others in trouble. This is literally 100% what nazi's did and still do to try and normalize themselves.

1 month ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 3

It is important to know that the kid filming was not "supporting ICE," he was being a bully and filming himself doing so. That sign was intended as a middle finger to any student of color and the others who stand with their peers. That kid didn't give a fuck about a government agency until it was edgy to do so, and he got more "attention" than he expected.

1 month ago | Likes 202 Dislikes 6

He was supporting ICE, period. I cannot understand why would you try to spin it.

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 5

And yet him uploading this video has given heart and hope to so many people because that one kid stood up

1 month ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 0

If he was live streaming there's no need to upload.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It really doesn't matter at what point you start supporting something or why you do it. When you carry a sign as a support of something you are supporting them.
Doing something on video to get attention doesn't erase what you are doing.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

We don't have to get into a whole hair-splitting discussion, but I considered intent and audience when I phrased it that way. I highly doubt, to almost certainty, that he even considered what was happening on the streets and was only looking for a way to be contentious.

I'm kinda stuck knowing I agree with you from a certain point, but phrasing it is difficult. Just know we're not far from the same page at all.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is a very Charlie Kirk thing to do. Kids being contrary just because they can, just to get attention and rile people up.

"That's against school code" -- the fucking kid is being a fucking troll, and he knows it. He claims victimhood just the same as Charlie Kirk and any other fascist.

1 month ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 1

More of the kids should just punch these bullies.

1 month ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I never realized it was right in front of a security guard! This guy just keeps getting better.

1 month ago | Likes 134 Dislikes 5

It's funny because he LET that security guard stop him. Dude has more decorum than whatever sign dude can conjure up in his tiny bucket of troll.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just shows how wimpy the nazi is. "Oh if I stand right in front of security, no one will touch me!"

1 month ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 0

In answer to your question: Yes, they fucking do. They deserve the violence they get, because they are banking on NOT GETTING PUSHBACK, that is how fascists operate.

1 month ago | Likes 382 Dislikes 16

The push back is exactly what they want, so they can claim being oppressed and justify being aggressive. If they catch a beating, they get to claim to be the victim. it's really thin line.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 14

Its not what they want, they want us to never figure out that there are far far more ants then grasshoppers.

1 month ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Correct, supporting ICE and being a Nazi is implied violence, which deserves violence as defense.

1 month ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 2

People really need to understand that violence over a difference in opinion is very different than a difference in opinion on deploying unfathomable state violence against minorities. No, you should get fucking rocked for saying that shit.

They're saying they want to do violence to others but want to hide behind the "legitimacy" of state violence. It's self defense to deal with them like the kid in the video did.

1 month ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 2

And who knows. Maybe, just maybe, this is exactly the shit that kid needs to straighten him out. Motherfucking consequences are a hell of a drug, and when you catch them young it’s easier to set them straight

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

People have lived too long without the risk of getting their skull cracked open. A barbaric society is by far the more polite and peaceful society, as it is difficult to be rude when giving offense might get an axe through your neck.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They seem to enjoy it.. yes they deserve that. But it has to be surprise violence.. like a sudden attack when they least expect it.
It's just a shame that carrying a big pot of boiling oil all day and wait for the right moment is inconvenient

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Any violence against them is self defense as their entire ideology is violence and oppression.

If only that wasn't a greased up slip n slide slope of a mindset...

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Since when has playing nice with Nazis EVER fucking paid out for the good of society? Fuck Nazis.

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Paradox of tolerance. "To maintain a tolerant society, the society must be intolerant of intolerance, as unchecked tolerance toward intolerant ideologies allows them to destroy the tolerant society." Fascists and bigots *must* be an exception to what can be tolerated, if we are to have a sane and humanitarian society.

1 month ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 3

Fascists and bigots think the same way. Only they think you are intolerant of their beliefs.

It's actually more nuanced than that, and not a particularly strong argument as it tends to subjective, shifting criteria.

It does, however, make for great propaganda for people looking to accept positions without thinking about them.

The true way to deal with intolerance is to set up laws that balance the right of speech against the safety of others.

You can't just erase everyone you disagree with.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Tolerance is a societal contract, not a moral obligation.

If a person or group fails to abide by the terns if this contract by being intolerant, then they are no longer subject to its protection.

A tolerant society must not tolerate the intolerant.

There is no paradox of tolerance.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Semantics but I’d argue the “Paradox of Tolerance” as a philosophical concept exists as in the named phenomena describing what APPEARS (from a limited perspective) to be a paradox. It’s got a simple “solution” so it’s not an actual existent paradox but that’s kinda the nature of paradox. They don’t generally exist but identifying things that appear paradoxical is a useful and effective learning/investigation tool.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There is no paradox. Tolerance is a social contract that you buy into. When you give it, you get it.

Feel like this kid deserves a crowd fund….

Fuck with a man’s tacos and learn a lesson

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

sucks brown hoodie didn't have a better punch.

1 month ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 2

Brown hoodie certainly had a better punch than all of us sitting on our phones reposting “someone should do something”. And a better punch than all the other kids in that hallway.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It was enough to send a message.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Totally agree. But the school district will undoubtedly have to treat this as campus violence, and the brown shirt hero will get punished where the ice-bully won’t even get a stern look

1 month ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

That's why whenever someone wanted to mete out justice in school they'd follow the person home and beat the shit out of them off campus.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's the shit that always happened in school. One person being a bully doesn't get in trouble. But then someone pushes back (literally or metaphorically) then the school punishes both bully and victim. Our culture feels fucking broken where evil and agitators always get their way

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But letting the ice-bully walk around being an asshole unchallenged is a worse outcome than what you just described.

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Debatable. This kid could be expelled or jailed, both of which would destroy his future prospects. Even if we win this war, oust Trump and imprison his ICE sycophants, HE will still bear that mark.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The ice bully will likely think twice before talking shit or else he may get hit again.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This guy doesn't even care either way. Not that he can really understand the weight of what he is saying. He's just going for shock value. These asshats become the worst people imaginable.

1 month ago | Likes 281 Dislikes 6

'become'? My dude, he's already there.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It appears that way. He got internet famous for looking for a confrontation. Just a shame the punch wasn't more effective.

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

The impression I get is that he was hoping for this reaction

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Miller was exactly this kid in school, that's not hyperbole.

1 month ago | Likes 70 Dislikes 0

Also that dumb fuck who got his ass kicked by Anthony Joshua and his dumb fuck brother.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

True story, there is are videos of him pulling shit like this when was in high school

1 month ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

If only someone had punched his lights out when he was 16 instead of giving him any attention

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

it could be that he is one of those little assholes that think putting kids in cages is a good idea. There was Hitler youth too.

1 month ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

I think that's true of most right-wing grifters. Everyone understands that the quickest and easiest path to e-fame is rage bait

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Punching a guy who is just standing there, giving his opinion, is a violation of his rights.

BUT, he is advocating for a group that does nothing except violate rights. So fuck his rights, he chose his side, and he chose wrong.

1 month ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 1

His opinion supports Nazis. That makes him a Nazi.

It is ALWAYS morally correct to attack Nazis.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The paradox of tolerance strikes again… literally. A tolerant culture cannot tolerate intolerant rhetoric, it breaks the social contract

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Of course violence is OK against those who support the SA and/or SS. Why the fuck would it not be?

1 month ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 6

Probably because the school district and police will look at this evidence and instantly jump to the “it’s illegal to assault people, and especially bad when they are doing it peacefully.” The law will make brown shirt hero pay for the trouble that the ice-fetishist created.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Yeah schools and police in previous Nazi regimes have had pretty strict rules against violence against Nazis. What's your fucking point?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Don't you Yanks have a "fighting words" defense in law?
I'm not saying it would be a successful defense but if you're going down go down swinging.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yes, we do, but the aggressor's speech does not rise to that legal standard, not even close. I agree with the fat kid on a moral basis tho!

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The law is not morality. It is always okay to commit violence in defense of yourself, your loved ones, or others who cannot protect themselves.
