The answer is -1019/7 (≈-145.57). You take the bottom left number, multiply it by 2880/7, and subtract the bottom right number multiplied by 557/7 to obtain the top number. (I know that's probably not the answer you were looking for but hey, it works!)

Looks to be square the left number for the hundreds place and square the right number for the tens and ones places. 1 squared is 1 so it's 100 + 7 squared is 49 = 149.
