Seen lots of videos where cats beg this way. Is that a natural behavior or did they train them?

It's just a thing some cats do. I had one out of many that begged that way.

I have had cats for 30 some odd years and none of mine have done this. I feel cheated if it isn't trained.

My cat had an injured claw and was painful to set his foot down. I was babying him and even brought his food to his bed. The others noticed/

2/ he was getting better food and treats. So they started raising the right paw limp to see if they got some. Soon I had 4 cats raising paw.

My theory. Cats are smart.In the thousands of moves a day you notice one and it gets treats. again many cats only one did this behavior.
