My aunt gave me the recipe, this is my conversation with her
This was my first time making bread, and I totally nailed it. I am so happy.
Golden brown on the outside, and light and fluffy on the inside! The real test will be if I can recreate this. I hope it's not just beginner's luck!

If things bake too quickly, your oven is running too hot. Get an oven thermometer.
