No, it isn't if you look at if from a much more sinister point of view: Those are all new hires for the most part. Those operations are training and numbing exercises. The real purpose of all of this is not immigrants. It's citizens.

Used motor oil with sand in water balloons is the best, but since most people arebt carrying around this stuff all the time, can usually duck into a restaurant somewhere and get a milkshake/milk heavy drink.

One wants to give the impression that one wasn’t planning to start something, one just got caught up in the moment. A milkshake is a normal thing to carry while walking down the street, a balloon full of paint not so much. The same thing with a can of soup vs a brick.

One “report” is literally right down the street from my house. I live in the middle of nowheresville. There’s zero chance ice is here. Zero.
