8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's a loaded question but I'm not who I use to be is the best answer

God damn dude. Impressive.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So what you're saying is that you're not half the man you used to be....ill see myself out...

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

You're like a third of the size you were before. Amazing.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

One of the reasons why, if you have the choice, weight loss should be done gradually.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Congrats

regaining muscle is the hardest part, been there buddy! i got my moobs removed a couple of months ago, really painful recovery but worth it

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

This after picture and now I'm fresh out of basic training so I probably won't be getting surgery anytime soon

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

don't rule it out anyways. It's your choice, but it gave me a HUGE confidence boost (summer is arriving here, JIT). Good work and keep it up

You're the man, that's discipline I can get behind

Good job!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nice work man. You look fucking great

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Awesome! You look young, which is a plus when it comes to loose skin after weight loss. Now build yourself back up with lean muscle.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jesus how the fucking fuck did you manage that?!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Does the extra skin go away after some time?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well done!

FUCKING GET SWOLE

8 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

I think what you meant to say was "Well done. Congratulations!"

8 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 3

No, weight loss of this magnitude can cause muscle loss and it's important to start recovery ASAP. Plus it'll help fill out the skin.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Trying to drop another 10 then start a 20 week lean bulk

8 years ago | Likes 134 Dislikes 3

How did you do it?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Consistency and hard work man, over time it pays off

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The 10lbs u need to drop is skin... Not fat. You're solid where you're at now OP :) time to big man

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

In army so barely in height and weight atm

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

you do you know that this old "lose weight first, then gain muscles" is a myth right? you did a great job and you can start gaining now.1/?

8 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 8

the reason this myth came up, is because people dont lose weight anymore when the start gaining. why? muscles are way heavier than fat 2/?

8 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 3

Muscle is denser* than fat but yeah you’re correct

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

They still lose bodyfat, but the scale doesnt show it, because you actually gain weight bc of your news muscles. but keep up the good work!

8 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 2

You can't lose fat and gain muscle. The reason people believe you can is due to the muscle growth, making your body appear as if you're /1

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

I recently lost a bunch and I agree with OP. You lose the weight first because that was the goal. You wouldn't want to miss out on that.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I think it's more about the journey, not the result
