First ever run, time to stop being fat, got so much will power but naturally I start to get a bit of burn in my legs and slow down for a bit...
A little cat pops it's head out of a gate and starts to run across the path...
BOOM. Into the path of a car. My first bit of real excercise in years and I bare witness to this?! Luckily the cat missed the tires and although it was dragged under, it jumps straight back up and runs off. I stood there for ages trying to check the cat was ok, but it had run into a locked carpark.
An emotional rollercoaster of a first one. Apparantly it gets better.
I can only hope.

Maybe I need to throw in a few mental excercises too...

Keep it up OP, and remember to throw in strength workouts instead of Cardio at least twice per week, since only Cardio will cause you (1/2)

to lose as much muscle as fat, and will also reduce your metabolism!

Thanks for the tip!
