high (usually just laziness as the jacked guy doing 300kg used the machine before you). Test the weight with your heels first. 2/2.

Me too, but finally got back to barbell squats. Use a towel wrapped around bar to pull bar against traps. Not enuff flexibility in shoulder
Also use a bar attachment called Manta ray squat pad. Helps tremendously.
