No one should have to just wait around until they die when their condition is terminal and they're in constant horrible pain. My maternal grandmother died like this and it decades later my mom (her daughter) is still traumatized.

My mum died of terminal illness and she suffered for days. Old age and struggling to breathe. It would be no comfort to have added this 1/
