a hyrax huddle

They're poor at temperature regulation, so they bask in the sun and huddle a lot.

Often mistaken for a rodent, the hyrax is more closely related to the elephant and manatee (taxon Paenungulata), which is pretty strange. Some evidence for this comes from their shared genital and tit location, which doesn't seem like the best indicator, but hey, science!

MY MY! Those Eyelashes!

I took a couple photos of Rock Hyrax at the Cleveland Zoo once. Two were having sex and when the male pulled off his dick was dragging.

Fact: The closest living animal related to the Hyrax is the Elephant.
