And we where 5 years married.

2 months ago we realized that there was something wrong between us, we didn't know that is was wrong because we never talked about feelings or our own problem.
So she called a time-out and went to her parents with one of our dogs and the cat.

So I admitted that I have a problem so I decided to work on that.. Very hard.
I looked for an coach, he opened my eyes.
I started to train mindfulness meditation with help of course.
And I have an appointment with a Psychologist.
So with small steps I am getting out of my own world, and I am turning slowly in a other person, more social and much more positive look in the new world.

But then.....

My wife wanted to drink coffee and she wanted to know what her feeling was between us.. So we made a appointment in a nice place with good coffee.
We had a nice talk for an hour and then she said she want to stop with our relationship....i asked why.. And her response was that she was feeling much better living at her parents house, and she says there was to much happened between us.. (??)
I don't get a new chance from her
And a few days later she had made an appointment with a mediator..

I think I cannot afford the house we have bought 8 years ago..

Life is really hard now, and it isn't over yet..

Good thing I am alone with my other dog. That helps a bit.

I'm so sorry for you, OP. Sometimes there's just too much water under the bridge. I'm glad to hear you are in a better place, though.

That sucks man, try to keep your chin up. Hope things get better for you, you seem quite strong minded so I'm sure they will.

Good luck OP. I had a non-communicator leave me w/o any chance at reconciliation too. It's unfair and rough and frustrating, Stay social.

18 years and no kids? You realize this is like the biggest factor of happiness in humans right? Women especially, pets are no supplement

I was always open minded about kids, but we don't had not the feeling yet for kids I suppose. I always said if she wanted kids I'm ready.

7: something that has helped my relationships: give her the gift of missing you(do this later on) right now, skip idle chatter but keep her.

Be manly, take charge. Don't forget about a woman's primal urges and sexual nature, lest you become a beta male. Spike up your testosterone

3: by the opposite sex. You let luxury and modern life lead you astray. Eat healthier, stop eating fast food. Buy from the grocery store....
