Has anyone seen anything like this or have any information about it? Old over under swing lever in weird calibers with a crown stamped on it. I will post more photos as well. Thanks so much

I don't see the crown stamp in the pictures, but that usually means was manufactured in Belgium. They exported a lot of firearms to the US
