Art doesn't need to be technically perfect to be meaningful to {one, some, many}, though. A kid's drawing is art, it may suck technically, but it's very meaningful and evocative to at least their parents. And sure, this image is dross*, but I've seen some that were great... and last week, for the first time, I saw an unretouched image I could not tell was AI.
