I mean he was born in 1934, so this is actually a conservative collection. Its all worth about 500 dollars. cpuld just be old pocket change

You'd be surprised how many silver coins are still in circulation, because no one knows how to tell them apart from normal coins.

I WISH, I've been looking for silver in my change for the last 15+ years and haven't once seen a 64 or earlier Quarter or dime.

Maybe the people in my area just don't look then. I've got quarters, dimes, and a few half dollars that are mostly silver.

Meh. This used to be the case 10+ years ago, but I'd argue it isn't anymore. I haven't found any silver in that long and I do look for it

I have a drawer with a decent amount of silver coins. It also probably helps I was a cashier for a few years though.

I used to find them occasionally, right up until the price of silver went up significantly, like ~2007
