She's lovely! My 2 were feral born & had the brown gunk in their eyes, so I kept them clean using a Q-tip soaked in saline solution per 1/2

2/ the vet's orders. Turned out they had conjuctivitis from being born feral. Kept at it for a year or so & the gunk & smell cleared up.
