as a medical professional i can tell you 120/80 is healthy yet if you drink alot of cafine you wi have higj blood pressure of 130-140/70-80

Soooo it depends, having a BP of like 100/60 is okay if that your usual, like you don’t feel dizzy or feel like you’re gonna pass out. 1/3

2/3 Having a BP of above 150/90 should usually warrant a trip to your primary for a check up and you might need some meds.

As a nurse I happily tell patients what it is, and then whether that’s ok for them or not. BP is different for everyone.
