I design labs and cleanrooms. #8 needs more ventilation in their lab, or work under a fume hood.

Shit like this makes me so angry with pro athletes. Give their salary to people who actualy deserve it

Please fix your justified text! You're supposed to space out words, not characters!
Iamtheonewhogrowls
Or just don't fully justify. More difficult to read, period.
gottastopswiping
I want these to include the countries

BoobSnoob.

It's good to reminded of just how good a job I have. Sometimes I think I might take it a bit for granted.

I would have called the cops on the parents of the kids with the biting dog. Twenty dollars to be bit and assaulted. Fuck that shit.
BoobSnoob
The worst part was that she expected me to be coming back again!

I worked at a retail clothing store making minimum wage. Found adult size pile of poop on the floor and had to clean it up.
billyunsnbillyuns
@BoozeHound001 thats a load of shit and you need to lawyer up bro
BoozeHound001
I was scuffed up and that's it. What really pissed me off was the hit and run.

Yeah it's still illegal, talk to a lawyer my mans

Didn't even get to see some tits. A true tragedy

#1 is a painful reminder of my school. I had my chemistry A level on the day of my father's funeral. They sent a fucking teacher to the 1/?
agentmcgee
Funeral to confirm he had died. Their "special allowance" was I got to do the exam at 8am. One of my teachers grew up with my dad. 2/?
agentmcgee
They didn't send that teacher to the funeral. Instead they sent one he hated. Absolute fucking cunts. 3/3

Yea. And I like the presentation. Easy on the eyes. And the frames. Don't be afraid to make it longer instead of shrinking text, or pr1 pt2

Thanks :) Will take that into consideration!

Im driving cab,12 hours a day,some customers are literally idiots,got insulted,and i earn about 2000-2500 in month :D
zbaerenlovesme
Are you having to pay for the vehicle? My cab company was small and owns five cars and we also live in a small town with 2 other companies.
brutsku
im just driver,in finland there is something little bit different :D
zbaerenlovesme
So making 30% of the fare and maybe 15 fares a day at an average of 15 dollars per ride, it just wasn't enough.
thegreatheed
Can you not do justified text? It makes it so much harder to read for me. Is it just me?
laposheureux
It's not just you. Anything else would be better.
OrangeFlavours
Yes, please do not use justified. The space between all the letters looks straight up horrible, and is so annoying to read.
inaplasticcup
I'm not sure why, but the character spacing hurts my brain.
Voltair
@kitkatcalamity I've done the exact same thing but always smelled fine so I'm really confused how you ended up smelling like pee.

That is unfortunate. Did you at least get to goof off while the sample were cooking?

Ha! Same here. Boss never came in while I was working though so I ended up reading through a bunch of books.
speakonlytruths
Old retail clothing job... Hungover lady came in bragging about being an stripper, paid for $50 transaction all in wrinkly, smelly ones.
WarhammerGeek
Paying $50 in $1s is a dick move to begin with let alone indirectly saying they were rubbed all over her body.
speakonlytruths
I know most bills are gross, but knowing these at least were probably on her body didn't make me feel very good when counting every bill
stevecareII
Isn't being paid $2.50 an hour criminally low?
FastF0x
I get 505 Huf for an hour..
DidgeryDrew
I was a seasonal employee and a minor, so they could pay me what they wanted.
Glumerlink
I think it must have been during the early to mid 70s
bentwrenches
Yeah when I started working in 1980 minimum wage in CA. Was $3.50 an hour.
welluhwhatdoyouwantmetosay
It depends on the state. I was on the town payroll for $2.50/hr when the state required all government employees to be paid the minimum.
welluhwhatdoyouwantmetosay
This was around 1985, and the minimum wage was $3.35/hr. It also took several months before I got the raise and back pay.
Lintyfreshness
They said it was in the 90s. Maybe that was minimum wage then? That still seems low. Unless it's not US currency.
monadi
What State was he in? That should matter a lot, especially since it was the 90s.
OmegaSkillz
How does one have a heat stroke for 3 weeks
BoozeHound001
Well it was 120 and I didn't have time for water breaks. Shaking, vomiting, nearly passing out. Not fun.

How do I send one if I'm on mobile?

Just reply to this :)

Working at Wendy's a guy once bought 20 4 for 4's and left half. He didn't come back to fetch them until he was inebriated... 4 hours later
goddamnitPam
He used the men's room and managed to clog the toilet, he flushed NINE more times. Myself and a coworker were instructed to clean it up.
goddamnitPam
Also a mobile user. The restaurant I work at used to have a family come in regularly. They're son has a disorder, not sure what.

If you apply to work at a community pool expecting to see bare tits every day, you're gonna have a bad time.
PuppyDontCare
Same thing for the one working in the lab
Derfalke
I was promised tits for my lab work, dammit!
IAmTheBadW01f
Been a lifeguard since 2009, seen a grand total of 1 bare tit in the process. It happens, just not too often.
DidgeryDrew
I just wanted to see A pair! Worked there two summers and not a one nipple did I see!
DidgeryDrew
I was hoping someone would send good boobs to my inbox. I'm a sad panda...
BoobSnoob
Work at my local swimming pool. No one, including me, can ever get bikini straps to stay. Haven't been back yet...I can never go back....
0lliecat
Should have worked at a water park instead. I haven't been back to one since the accident. 3 out of 4 strings on my bikini came undone.
0lliecat
They were all double knotted too.
attagirl
I saw boobs on my very first day at my job, and I've seen them a few times since too. Wave pool problems I guess.
missbelled
you could have pursued a relationship, a nearly surefire way to see boobs. a thought.
ParanoidWithGoodCause
yeah but for that he'd need a job that paid more as well as personality and decent looks.
missbelled
only if youre being picky about who the boobs are attached to. the world ain't just models.
ParanoidWithGoodCause
If he wasn't then he saw plenty of boobs attached to fat hairy dudes
sqbutte
Pretty sure the people who work in a nursing home & do their job should be making at least double of what they are. Special people they are.
ShamnusMcfee
People working most jobs need to pay more. The average American is criminally underpaid.
exponentiallymusical
140 characters is not enough to describe how right you are.
ColleenMarie
I was making $13.50/hr as a CNA in Washington State in 2003. It was double what my sister was making at the bank in town. Stole nothing.
MissPammie
I used to be a CNA. I didn't get paid enough for what I did for sure.
nunya967
Wheres the money going to come from? The residents.
sqbutte
U.S. Avg $200/day, $6000/month semi private, $7000/private per month? I would think there's money there to be divded up a little differently
Mewtwos
Where I live they upped it to $17 an hour because no one wants the stress that comes with the job. Many are pretty desperate to hire people
catsandcoke
That and people working in group homes withe the handicapped
thecolonels
Watch Ricky Gervais' Netflix show 'Derek' to cry forever.
sqbutte
But is it worth the watch tho?
thecolonels
At least the first season. Funny bits but overwhelming emotion. Especially if you have an old person in your life.
nunya967
Ricky Gervais is a cunt, so no.
thecolonels
Based on his comedy or his work with animals?
Rips4w
Actually, negligence and theft are huge issues in the nursing home industry. It's pretty sad. I will never be sending my parents off to one.
darkunited
I work in healthcare and can confirm.
ColleenMarie
It's not intentional negligence. It's understaffing. Massive, wide-spread understaffing. We jogged everywhere and didn't take breaks.
Rips4w
Ive helped my wife move her grandmother through 3 different "homes". Rampant UTIs, missing clothing and gifts and improper meds at each one.
ColleenMarie
I'm sorry for your frustrations. That has got to be horrible to deal with.
Rips4w
Frustration is the proper word. I know not all are bad, but I know that if we've found 3 within 15 miles, the problem must be widespread.
sqbutte
Actually, scum employees are a result of lower pay. There are cases of good people doing that job and should be compensated for it.
Rips4w
Unfortunately, the world is molded around dealing with shitty people more than rewarding the good ones.
cornedbeefhash

sqbutte
It may not show in your paycheck, but there are people who know & really appreciate your caring spirit. I believe some of the things (1/2)
FloodingWaters
Which is why i get pissed that fast food workers are the poster-industry for a min wage increase. There are plenty more affected.
cornedbeefhash
Having worked at both a memory care facility and a McDonald's, they both deserve raises with the unique but horrible shit they deal with.
aguacatedeldiablo
Fast food workers are made the poster boy by the opponents for exactly this reason. Easier to dismiss.

ShamnusMcfee
Because it's a competition, and everyone that prepares your food doesn't deserve enough money to live.
INeverThoughtIdMakeThisAccount
I agree that people working with difficult populations deserve more but am unwilling to throw other professions under the bus.
FloodingWaters
Concur, it goes across the board. But to claim that the only people affected by a low min wage is egregiously inaccurate
Andreanne
Worked in a private one for 2-3 month as a cook. Couldn't be happy hearing the staff call someones grandma "old hag" (not to her face).
ColleenMarie
Did she bite? I only called the biters names. And only the intentional biters. Also, squeezing a baby out and having that baby squeeze a 1/2
ColleenMarie
baby out is not a basis for respect. 2/2
Andreanne
She wanted her food cut because she had Parkinson's early stage and struggled doing it herself. We should respect her because she's a human
Andreanne
And having spawns don't give you automatic respect but you're PAID to respect them. It's your fuckig job, do it.
logicalnonsenz
I visit my grandma often at the nursing home and have seen such a high turnover rate w employees bc they only get paid minimum wage (1/2?) >
logicalnonsenz

juniperberriesonmars
I work in one, there now is 1.20am started at 6pm n haven't sat down once yet or had a cuppa
EmiBunny0615
My grandfather has Alzheimers and near the end he was really bad with dementia. He was never in a home, but seeing what my family dealt with
EmiBunny0615
I cannot imagine dealing with 30 different patients who all have special needs and different behaviors. I respect nurses emensely
logicalnonsenz
> my grandma alone is a complete handful.. On top of the other 30 residents they care for. They should absolutely be paid twice as much.
nunya967
Then the residents should pay more. Look at all the expenses, liabilities, and insurance a nursing home has. Add in property, taxes, etc.
