You don't need to lose consciousness just close your eyes and lay down power naps are great.

I have averaged 6 hours a night for close to 20 years now... I frequently only hit 2-4 hours... no naps... people are not all the same.

This is just saying that more sleep, if possible is scientifically better for you. People didnt change, people will still live like that.
