for wheelchairs camber control helps with stability for the taller players by increasing the width of the wheelbase, so you don't tip over sideways Plus the added benefit of allowing you to turn quickly and easily by twisting your hips left or right. Works kinda the same on front tires if you look at racing alignment vs regular alignment. makes it easier to turn but wears edges. not sure about the camber setup benefit on rear tires
