In my headcanon he's criticizing Gabriel (the youngest) but he's likely just yanking their chains. Talon (the oldest) is an established voice actor himself so it's no surprise he was spot on. Gabriel and Shane (middle child) are both aspiring but haven't gotten anywhere in their careers yet.
