For those curious, she’s wearing the Wavemother’s Robe: A very rare clothing item that grants +1 to AC, Resistance to Fire and Cold damage, heals the wearer for 1d4 hit points at the start of their turn if standing in a water surface, and allows the user to cast the spell, [Create or Destroy Water] as a 4th level spell without spending a spell slot once per short rest.
Its Act 3 and has ties with the Submarine quest. Its pretty easy to miss as you have to go to the Dock Temple, and there isnt a compelling reason in game to go there. I didnt get the robes but I also didnt side with the group that gives it to you
It should also be noted that unless you respec Shart to a different class, there is almost a 0% chance you're wearing this robe for anything other than titulation. Which is why cosplayers love it. I however prefer seeing them do cosplay of her full armour sets, rather than SFW only-fans.
Actually, there is a powerful Cleric build that uses this robe. My Shart does an average of 77.862 damage per turn, with a single attack. She’s got 21 AC, crit immunity, and is so far incapable of losing concentration from standard attacks. Granted she only has 11 levels of cleric and 1 level of hex blade warlock, but at least she also has a Deva summon (which does its own 29 damage on average per turn) and is also buffed with her Heroes’ Feast spell to keep the attention of magic using enemies.
So in other words, she's wearing the Moistmommys Robe: A rare clothing item that makes her take the world's injustices a little easier. It feels not too cold and not too hot at the same time. It'll heal her, but only when wet. Also grants her the ability to become wet at will without too much effort.
I'm sorry to inform you that Umberlee is also known as the Bitch Queen, cruel and capricious goddess of the oceans and seas. In BG2 you are demanded to return the heart of one of your followers to her temple after their death, because of a debt.
She is however absolutely on point with the drip. or whatever the kids are saying nowadays
